  • Communications: Messages sent via email, WhatsApp, or contact forms for project inquiries or support.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Processing and fulfilling service orders and digital product deliveries.
  • Sending order confirmations, invoices, and service-related communications.
  • Processing payments via PhonePe payment gateway.
  • Responding to support requests and inquiries.

4. Payment Processing — PhonePe

All payments on 7Blue are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway, operated by PhonePe Private Limited (CIN: U74999KA2015PTC082263), Bengaluru, Karnataka. When you make a payment:

  • You will be redirected to PhonePe's secure payment interface. Your card, UPI, or banking credentials are entered directly on PhonePe's platform and are never transmitted to or stored by 7Blue.
  • PhonePe may collect and process your financial data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Transaction reference IDs are retained by 7Blue for order fulfilment and dispute resolution purposes only.
  • PhonePe is a licensed Payment Aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

7Blue is not responsible for PhonePe's data handling practices. We strongly recommend reviewing PhonePe's privacy policy before completing any transaction.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data with third parties only in the following circumstances:

  • Payment Processors: PhonePe, as described in Section 4.
  • Email Service Providers: For transactional emails (e.g., order confirmations). These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the stated purpose.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, court order, or government authority under applicable Indian legislation including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where the receiving party will be bound by equivalent privacy obligations.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and third-party analytics tools (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand website traffic and improve user experience. 10. Terms & Conditions

By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

10.1 Service Scope

7Blue provides web design, development, and digital marketing services. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon at the time of engagement or purchase. Digital products (including templates, code, or downloadable assets) are delivered electronically and access is granted post payment confirmation.

10.2 Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are due at the time of order placement. 7Blue reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

10.3 Refunds & Cancellations

Refund requests for digital products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or digital products already accessed/downloaded. For custom service engagements, cancellations made before work commences may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

10.4 Intellectual Property

All content on 7blue.co.in, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the intellectual property of 7Blue unless otherwise attributed. Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed licence for deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Unauthorised reproduction or resale of our services or digital products is strictly prohibited.

10.5 Limitation of Liability

7Blue's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of revenue.

10.6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for violations of this clause.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and all related Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

  • The Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments.
  • The IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), as applicable upon enforcement.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using our services, you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
